St. Mary of the Lake school provides a hot lunch daily. Lunches are prepared on site by our Food Service Director, Ms. Sharon Sobczak. Menus for the upcoming month will be sent in the communication packet. Students may eat a hot lunch on any day they choose, however, a lunch count is taken each school morning for the current day's lunch count and the next day's lunch count. We asked that each student plan ahead so that our lunch count numbers are accurate. Lunch period is 25 minutes for students in Grades K-2 and 20 minutes for grades 3-5. A 20-minute recess precedes or follows the lunch period for students in Grades K-5. Middle School students have a 30-minute lunch/social time.

Lunchroom behavior expectations are as follows:

• Follow directions given by the supervisor
• Use good table manners (hats off, use an indoor voice, clean up your area)
• Dispose of all trash as directed

Lunch costs are as follows:

K-4 $2.75 per lunch (a single milk is included in this cost)
5-8 $3.00 per lunch (a single milk is included in this cost)
Adult $3.25 per lunch (a single milk is included in this cost)
Extra entree is $1.00 per serving
Extra milk is 20 cents each
Milk choices daily: White Skim, White 2%, Chocolate 1%
