St. Mary’s is blessed to have parishioners who help prepare and maintain the church environment for the celebration of mass and the seasons. Click on the titles below for detailed ministry descriptions.
Environment
The environment group of meets monthly to plan, and at
appropriate times, put up decorations for the liturgical seasons.
Watch for announcements in the bulletin.Church Cleaning
Every Monday morning after the 8 a.m. daily mass, a group of
parishioners meet to clean the entire church. Join the group for
much needed service and fantastic camaraderie. Treats often
end the morning of work! This opportunity is open to everyone –
just show up after mass around 8:30 a.m., if you are not attending
mass, but please do join us for weekday liturgy!Laundry
A group of parishioners take turns weekly/monthly in doing the
various laundry needs for the sacristy.Brass Polishing
A group of parishioners take turns polishing the many door handles and panels around the church. Want to help? It’s a great job for a family to do together!
